    Dear SBL
    I have ordered my product on January 31 and I have yet not received them neither any information regarding dispatch of product it’s been a long time.. will you please give me a positive response or return the product as my birthday is on 12 feb and after that I wl have no use of that product

    With respect to the order done with ph no.- 9661097223, order no.-101819076
    I opted for exchange of my product for a smaller size. According to your terms and conditions, i had sent it to you within prescribed time duration. The status also shows that the product had been received by your authority.
    Kindly let me know the time till when I'll recieve my product as i am in urgent need of it. And please try to deliver it as soon as possible.
