No service man is there to do service..i call many times but no one come

Wehave registered complaint 10 daysback there is no response

I am a customer of Eurekaforbes make Water purifier since 2007. I paid AMC for regular service (Contract receipt no 10 26557093 dated 28.07.2016). While changing the cartage the service person broke some parts and the water purifier could not fixed in proper way. I paid required AMC charges but till date no person attended the water purifier . If this is the kind of service provided by a reputed company like Eurekaforbes for their products under AMC; it is a serious concern. Kindly instruct appropriate person to provide required service . I am giving details below

I have received the delivery of aeroguard against my order no 0134166010 dated 15/2/2017.

I request more than 3-4 times to sales manager as well as the executive who visited my house of collecting payment and initial demonstrations therotically

I sorry to say big company and after sale of products out showing poor response is a matter of concern.

Kindly took onto my case and do needful.

A very worst customer care & after sales service..I am in search of hose pipe in new delhi area but not getting any one of Eureka forbes to support me..

However i have to pay for it still company has no concern towards after sale service..

Wont ever suggest to purchase this company's product to anyone...
