Hi my name is Pallavi.. our car had met with an accident toyota innova hycross hybrid.. we semt the car for service on 7th November under complete insurance.. sadly for the entire month they kep the car at the service centre even though all claim everything was approved but they kept saying they dont have parts only available. I don't understand if the company itself doesn't have parts available then why sell such cars. I have two small school going kids .. dropping picking up every day its such a hassle but they had no authentic answer for me @ the Toyota chandigarh service centre office.. after waiting a month wen my husband called them n recorded the call of them saying sir if you do the service in cash we shall gv you the car within the next two days or else we are not sure wen we can gv the car, they got worried that we shall file a complaint.. they requested that we should wait n they are getting the car ready .. suddenly the had all parts reverse sensors available in the same day unlike before coz we told them we shal complain to the company.

But sadly thats not the end , when we went for pick up our car was covered in dust in some backyard, our sixmomth old car was looking kike scrap car, plus the reverse sensor they hv fitted is loose the XV logo at the back has been put upside down, there are more scratches on the car than with which i had given the car, the front grill of the car is looose and also strangely enough even the inside door lock caps hv been removed even though only the back part of the car had been hit. Please look into the matter immediately as im highly distressed and harassed at the hand of your toyota dealership chandigarh industrial area. If u need will send pictures as well. answer for me @ the Toyota chandigarh setvice centre office.. please help urgently reply
