Dear Mr. Dhruv & Abhikesh,
As we had book United 21 in lovanala on 16 Oct 2018 and as per Dhruv he had re-confirm the booking and before 2 day of departure on 7 Nov 2018 we i call him for dinner reminder. He said me that booking is not confirm and he is providing or similar option. I had word with the guest and Dhruv also try to convince the guest in Purohit Resort but they all are not ready to shift and now they want compensation for that spoil trip for total 23 Person with child and they ask us for double refund and our company is so small and we can't bare huge loss so please look into this so that we can update to the guest and close this matter before they take any legal action.
And one more thing we are small company and OYO is big and we had made the full payment to OYO at the time of booking.
PLEASE UPDATE BY THE END OF THE DAY before 6 PM.

Recently I booked a hotel booking id is KNAY7108 at 15443.
Worst experience ever they beaten me without any reason they balme on me that i misuse their bed, i have cut marks on my lips, they take extra amount which is totally not understandle.
Please take some serious action against them, this is request to oyo rooms please take some serious action against them am totally helpless

HI,
Yesterday i booked the room in Bhubaneswar(Booking ID:EPXR1734). After i paid them they are not ready to provide room , after many discussion they gave us room in 4th floor and after that they didn't give water for drink , no facility inside the room as well. As i said the manager they asked us to come out and they closed the gate . That time it was mid night and we left the place . Now i need my money back and OYO should take necessary action against them. They should not behave with customer like this . Its really very bad impression for OYO reputation and in future i will make sure i should not recommend to anyone to join OYO.

I would like to inform you that I had booked hotel OYO 82479 snowdale residency on 11jun22 having booking ID 713864209 by paying online amount Rs. 8362.98. Further hotel denied to provide room by stating we are not having rooms.
We further called OYO customer care for refund of booking amount. Customer care instead of processing refund, offered a new Hotel in same place by paying difference amount Rs 443. OYO 174977 PRAKASH TALESHWAR RAJAK : Booking ID: KL1L1217. After booking we found that 2nd hotel booking by OYO customer care is about 1.5 kms away from 1st hotel (in Darjeeling even 1.5kms matters a lot due to hilly area). We requested to cancel 2nd hotel as it was not near to 1st hotel as said by customer care executive.
So it is requested, to refund amount of Rs 8862.98 and Rs. 443 respectively ASAP.
