I BOOKED REFILLING OF GAS SLENDER MANY DAYS BACK BUT TILL DATE NO DELIVERY IS MADE WHICH IS CAUSING GREAT HARDSHIP IN THE FAMILY CONSISTING OF AGED PERSONS AND CHILDREN. IN PAST ALSO I HAVE FACED THE SAME PROBLEM RESULTING INTO AILMENT OF FAMILY MEMBERS DUE TO REPEATED OUTSIDE FOOD EATING. I SERIOUSLY TAKE IT AS DEFICIENCY IN SERVICE CAUSING MULTIPLE LOSSES.
PLEASE TAKE IT UP SERIOUSLY.

My consumer No.26376. The Gas cylinders supplying agency at Pushta Road, krishna Kunj Laxminagar is not supplying complete cylinder. Most of time, the man does not bring the kanta and the ledies are receiving short filling cylinders.
It is requested that the godown incharnge may be asked to fill complete cylinder and change the man coming to our home.

Yesterday my mother went to Kishan Kunj gas agency, that gas incharge Mohan Singh said wrong to my mother and said that where you can complain, do it there, either you take action or write to me on mail.
