Hi There, My Name is Munesh Tyagi and my consumer number is 7058033622. I have books a refill on March 24th and then again booked on March 29th. Refill booked on March 29th was not accepted since it was under 15 days period of last booking. However, the booking made on March 24 was accepted and as per you IVR status the Cylinder was delivered to on March 31st 2020. We did not get any delivery yet. This is not happening the first time, the person who delivers the Cylinder in our area (Swaroop Nagar), never shows on time and he sales those Cylinder to other people (in exchange of money). Since we have been facing the same problem from several months, I would like to take an action here. Please look into the complaint. Also, share the delivery person's name, emp Id (if any) I need to file an FIR. I do not want to take any legal action on Agency as it's not their mistake.
