dear sir/medam
i want to ask u about charges you are collecting for simple inspection. i paid 150 as other agencies are taking 75 only. moreover you are offering insurance card that charge 30rs. and said if not buy this card we wil not provide gas service to you.your delievery boys are so rude and frequently demanding 20 to 30 rs. more on bill.
