    today I buy a boxer worth rs 199 . boxer is under the scheme buy 1 get 1 free. I pick up two boxers and paid the bill in the cash counter. After paying the bill I forget to take one boxer with me which i got free due to scheme.BuT when i came home i found that i didn't pick up the free product with me.I immediately report to the vishal mega mart and tell about the whole incident .But now they are refusing to give my product.sooo plsss solve my problem it's a humble request

    One Of your secrity staff In Jaitpur Badarpur New Delhi Store says to customers if u will buy then you u will enter inside the store otherwise go return. I think u need to know the value of valuable customers plz improve your services... Don't do like this types of practices. Plz take little briefings how to respect or attend the customers.

    We are the regular customer of yours.today I went to Vishal megamart gt tower jaipur.i totally disappointed by the services of your employees.and misbehaviour of ur manager arvind.my sister called the employee for showing some tea cup but they didn't come than she tried to search by own.by mistake a tea cup fell down and broken.i requested your manager to waive off the charges of cup.he replyed in a rude manner and misbehave with us.

    hello.
    i am regular customer at Vishal Megamart, Phagwara Store. Today (29.03.2018), i again visit here to shop some stuff. I notice that all stuff is not organized properly. products r different on selves and price written are of different product. somehow i manage to find the product price which i want to buy.
    when i went to billing counter, a lady deals with me, she have no seance how to talk with customer, she behave very roudly with me and one other customer in front of me. I stand there almost 25 minutes, but still not get my stuff billed. when i ask why you still hold my bill, she and other girl standing on next counter start shouting at me. i asked her name she refuse to tell me her name and both girls hide their ID CARDS. Time was almost 12.50 PM, dated 29.03.2018, and i was on counter number 5 and other girl was on counter number 4. i want to write their name but they refuse to tell their name. i do not have any personal problem with them, but they talk very badly with their customer.
    I put many items in my bucket, but can buy only few things because of price totally mismatch with displayed price.

    i was really a very bad experience shop with your store. is this happen again i may not visit your store.

    i hope you take some action to solve this problem, because not only me many other customers are really disappointed with service

    I bought 4 T shirt.from huge vishal mega .but when I went to the cash counter and your cashier behavior not good ( cashier name .Sita ram) after that he did not give me not complete mony in the wrong.when I see my bill I was there was less mony in it and the completely did not change
    Than your manager said that it was done my mistake
    When I come home I had that was plastic and it hard tag I can not take it out of my hand t- shirt bursts out of it
    I told your manager ( Ranjeet and dharma ji ) this is my plastic hard tag so you manager said that we do not have such a policy .
    You will have to come to my store and I said that you give your area north in center ( manager) vishal mega mart .phone no and they refuse to give us such a number we do not have the allowed and we can not give my policy .
    But who get the response.
    After that I said that no area manager and area had north Jon they did not give and refused ..
    Now how much have I lost and who will spand my arrival and I have to talk to your area manager....

    I am very disappointed to inform you that my 250 loyalty points don’t redeeming by Vishal mega mart chowk Lucknow branch last two days , & today they will expire on 8.4.2018, billing man says to me that there is no server last a weak,
    So plz do as possible to saving my points &such a type of problems

    I have purchased goods amounting rs 777/- on 02.11.2018 billed at 6.00 pm. Vide bill no 3053510019045 at counter no 5.

    He did not asked my mobile number. When I checked the bill at home the mobile number entered in the bill is 916874163416. Purchased amount loyalty points credited to the saidobile number.

    This should not be done. Future Benefit of one is digest by someone else.

    मेरी शिकायत है कि मैं विशाल मेगा मार्ट का नियमित ग्राहक हूं और मैं गाजियाबाद के वसुंधरा सेक्टर-3 में आपके मेगा मार्ग से खरीदारी करता हूं। मैंने पिछले एक साल में कई बार अपना और अपनी पत्नी का कपड़ा लिया, लेकिन उसमें शिकायत यह है कि वो एक से दो माह के भीतर ही जगह-जगह से कट जाता है। वह चाहे जिस भी रेंज का हो। पहले तो लगा कि यह किसी एकाध कपड़े में होगा पर यह तो लगभग हर कपड़े का हाल है। अब मुझे लगता कि यह कपड़े आप वापस लें और मुझे मेरे पैसे वापस करें।

    I am one of your aggrieved, disheartened and frustated customer..i have purchsed 4 table plates from vishal mega mart at almora(uttarakhand)..after coming home i realized that one is defective..next day i went to vishal again but the store manager mr neeraj was not interested at all to look after the complaint..he was rude to me that he denied to listen to me and contiounisly talking on phone that what he was doing before i visited him..
    i am banker and i have to deal with many customers with different queries on daily basis..this is the worst thing i ever faced from vishal...if it could be big bazar or lifestyle then i dont have to go to store manager for this...product was only 79 rs but store manager mr neeraj was proactively pushing that detective product was my mistake..i have purchase defective one so i have to deal with it..this is not done..i want to make complaint in consumer forum aswell..i need explanation about this and i want apology from vishal mega mart being ao rude..

    Hi team,
    This is Shalini Sinha and i was customer of Vishal Mega mart Khicharipur,Plot 219,219 out oh Kh. 585/202/272,Main Khichripur rd & vill. Kalyanouri Pin - 110091.
    on 31 July 2019 I purchased some product from Vishal Mega Mart and give them my PNB dabit card for billing.They tried 2 times to get the amount which was 1073 but as per him amount is not credited to vishal account so at last he takes the cash from me with bill number 4074080012076.

    I received 2 messgaes from pnb that amount of Rs 1073 is deducted from my account.I went vishal shop again to tell for deduction but they told me that they deid not received the money.If it is dedudted then will come back after 2 days.But amount is not credited to my account till now (6 August 2019).

    Can you please look into this issue.
