    hello.
    i am regular customer at Vishal Megamart, bhangel noida Store. Today (06.03.2020), i again visit here to shop some stuff. I notice that all stuff is not organized properly. products r different on selves and price written are of different product. somehow i manage to find the product price which i want to buy.
    when i went to billing counter, a lady deals with me, she have no seance how to talk with customer, she behave very roudly with me and one other customer in front of me. I stand there almost 25 minutes, but still not get my stuff billed. when i ask where are my bill she start shouting at me. i asked her name she refuse to tell me her name and both girls hide their ID CARDS. Time was almost 12.50 PM, dated 06.03.2020, and i was on counter number 1. i want to write their name but they refuse to tell their name. i do not have any personal problem with them, but they talk very badly with their customer.
    I put many items in my bucket, but can buy only few things because of price totally mismatch with displayed price.

    i was really a very bad experience shop with your store. is this happen again i may not visit your store.

    i hope you take some action to solve this problem, because not only me many other customers are really disappointed with service

    Sir , today I make shopping from Vishal mega Mart fraser road Patna. Bill no is 5030570003554 amounting ₹ 3464/- .
    When I returned home and checked all items I found that one item which I purchased qty-1 is billed for qty-2 from me . The Item is hand print girl AOP floral white 8-10 code is 1133011399008/ 6202 . When I called on phone no given on bill it is switched off.
    Kindly do the needful or advice the seller either give the extra one to me or refund the same which was billed for qty-2 from me.

    Hi,
    I am entered in Moga Vishal market around 7pm and Shopped around 2k..At your billing point they hold my bill around 30mint due to not getting proper bar code of 3 things out of 12.Post that your security gaurd also did the same time..I cancelled my order to bad dealing of your gaurd..Its not good service at your Moga Vishal store...they are losing perious customer due their servicea as well as dealing.....

    Hii good morningThis is anant from bihar actually i purchased mixer grinder from vishal mega mart (purnea branch) on 04.02.2021 but after 3 days i am getting problem in mixer grinder due to some technically issue and i have already call to your toll free number 10-15 times but didn't get any response from your side (customer care) and today i have already call to your customer care toll free number but they didn't listen our query and disconnect my call after 30 second ! i am requested to you please solve my problem as soon as possible .

    मेरा मो.न. 7007541290 है। मैंने दिनांक 10.08.2021 को vishal mega mall कन्नौज से shopping की थी वहां से BIKANO TESTY 1KG का पैक लिया था। जिसकी MFG 18.04.21 लिखी है और बैच न. B1BIDBA है। जिसका BILLING 187 की हुई थी जिसको खाने पर BAD SMELL आ रही है। क्या ऐसे खराब क्वालिटी का प्रोडक्ट बेचे जाते है
    इसकी जांच कर प्रोडक्ट को रिप्लेस किया जाय

    Hi,

    I have unfortunately bought a tandem mixer grinder, on the first trial of grinding it turned off suddenly. I called customer care toll free number and after so many attempts it got connected, but the executive named Pooja was very rude and unprofessional. She disconnected the call three times.

    I tried connecting with the same number but they blanked and disconnected the call multiple times. I tried with a different number then it got connected and again when she heared that it's the same complaint she disconnected the call again.
    This is completely unacceptable, you guys are selling such useless things and fooling people.

    I want my money back and will recommend others too for not purchasing anything from Vishal.

    Hello Vishal mega Mart partner,
    I would like to inform you that I was purchased the induction tandem 1400w. In last August but now he is not working. He was said that if it will be non working in 1 year's then there's mega option I'll provide to another one induction but when I visited to Store he said that now policy is changed after that I accepted but he saying it will be repair but he is not working anything also nobody manager available at the store 12pm . Also has been done the complaint e day's.kindly do the needful as soon as
